Using Your New Services
- Log in to online banking at www.ccb-idaho.com using the username and password in your mailed Notice of Change.
- Scan the QR code to be redirected to your mobile device's app store to download the CCB-Idaho app or click here.
- Activate your new debit card(s) and contact the PIN service to customize your PIN. Destroy your old Bank Of Idaho card(s).
- Start using all your new product, features and services by following the steps in the "After Conversion" section of the Notice of Change.
- Download the CCB-Idaho mobile app using as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
