Switching to eStatements is a simple way to receive statements faster, improve security, and access your account information whenever you need it. 
 
Why Switch to estatements?
✔Secure Digital Delivery- eStatements reduce the risk of mail theft and help protect your account information.
✔ Access Statements Anytime- view, download, print, or save your electronic statement whenever you need them. 
✔ Personal & Business Accounts- eStatements are available for both personal and business CCB banking accounts.
✔ Faster Than Traditional Mail- receive an email notification when your statement is ready and view it immediately through Online Banking or Mobile App.
 
How to enroll in eStatements*
It only takes a few minutes to sign up. 
Note: You will need to be enrolled in Online Banking to receive eStatements.
 
  1. Sign in to your Online Banking account or Mobile App and select "Statements & notices" from the main dashboard                                                              
  2. Click the Settings () icon in the top right corner
  3. Select the Edit  () icon next to the account you want to update
  4. Choose your delivery method, Digital (eStatement)
  5. Confirm your email address is correct
  6. Click Save Preferences
How to access your eStatements
Once your eStatement is ready, we'll send you an email notification. You can view all of your account statements and documents in one secure, convenient place. 
 
To view your electronic statements:
  1. Sign in to Online Banking or Mobile App
  2. Select the account you would like to view
  3. Choose "Statements & notices" 
  4. View, download, print, or save your statements
Note: Treasury Management users will need to have Administrator access to enroll in eStatements.
 
Once enrolled, customers can access up to 18 months of eStatement history. Please note that statements issued prior to your eStatement enrollment date may not be available electronically. Contact us to request copies of prior paper statements.
 
*By enrolling in eStatements, you consent to receive your account statements and notices electronically in accordance with the E-SIGN Act. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time and return to paper statement delivery at no charge by updating your preferences in Online Banking or by contacting your local Citizens Community Bank Branch. To access eStatements, you will need a device with internet access and a compatible browser or the Citizens Community Bank Mobile App. System requirements are listed when enrolling for digital statements. A paper copy of any electronic statement is available upon request.
