In Touch Telephone Banking

Before using Citizens Community Bank, In Touch, please make sure you have your account number(s) handy. The first time you use the In Touch system, you will be prompted to create a PIN for future access.

First, call 208-239-8680 InTouch phone number from any phone.
Wait for the greeting and then follow the simple instructions given. You will be offered a series of menu options. To access these selections from the Opening Menu, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your phone.
You may press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.

9 Request account information by fax
0 Transfer to operator

4. Certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts

7. Activate card or report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card.
